Skoda S100-1975 , I am the second owner!
Engine-781.135M -AMG with ECU Felicia 50kw only for spark, and Skoda Favorit intake manifold with carburetor adapter from SP-EL.cz and Skoda 135 carburetor, runs very,very,very well :)
Increased compression ratio, two springs on the valve, cylinder head porting
Felicia starter with reducer
Gearbox 5 speed- 3.90 with back system from Rapid 130.
Brakes: Front all system from Rapid 130 with 4 pistons, Back Caliper VW with pads, disc VW polo
All of the wheel hubs modified to 4X100 PCD
Springs: back Koni spring yellow from 130LR - front original 130L(soft springs)
Shocks: back Bilstein gas Ford Escort Cosworth(Minor modification) - front Mitsubishi Pajero 3.0 V6 with hardness adjustment
Exhaust: Citroen C1 modified (So it sounds like stock)
Wheels: KN Diamond 14x6J PCD 4x100 Made in England very light wheels (Same manufacturer as original Skoda alloy wheels)
Tires: front and back - 165/70/14

-> nyk23: The synchro rings are kinda "hard to get", if you can find them in stores, they usually only have modern production which sucks - badly. It is much better to try and find original production parts. How many of them do you need? I might be able to get you some...

I have not bought back drums, I prefer to rectify those on the car for some time.
I hope this year to mount a rear disc kit with caliper octavia!
